Well who are we?

Just ordinary folks who bought a couple of great villas.  However.... these took so long to build we have bought other properties and now they are eventually finished we want to sell them. These are of top quality build and we have paid a lot more money than originally expected!

Basically we are selling them below cost, so you are getting a lot of house for your Euros.

We are 2 families who also have other properties (also for sale) on the Costa Blanca.  One in Calpe and the other further south in Pinar de Campoverde, near Pilar de la Horadada. (with views of distant mountains and the Mar Menor) Click here to see.. 

You can buy any of these villas direct from us, (the private owners) or via the estate agents.  Naturally if you buy from us you can save the agency fees!

Existing (interest only) MORTGAGES can be transferred. Approx 800 euros/month
